Martha Miller is the Deputy Executive Director at the National Security Institute, an intellectual powerhouse supporting a robust American national security posture. She is responsible for overseeing NSI’s strategic direction and guiding operational leadership. She holds two decades of experience in U.S. foreign policy and national security and has held senior roles in the White House, Capitol Hill, and the State Department, where she advised on key national security and diplomatic appointments, including serving as Special Assistant to President George W. Bush.
